Over the last seven years, I have strived to create unique and innovative edible art, drawing inspiration from nature, growth, and imperfection. After exprimenting with different cake decoration techniques, I developed a method for creating flowers from dehydrataed fruit, and immediately fell in love with the rustic, organic look of each petal.
